Police officers are required to adhere to the Standards of Professional Behaviour as listed in the Code of Ethics which includes the Duties and Responsibilities of an officer.
Any conduct matters and public complaints raised against an officer are dealt with in adherence with the IOPC statutory Guidance and the Home Office Guidance.
