Data on bicycle thefts and sanction detentions from 2018 to 2021

I note you seek access to the following information:

I would like to request information concerning police performance with regard to solving cases of thefts. I note that in this regard, data concerning the number of offences and sanction detections are published via the crime data dashboard. These show that that in 2021 there were 21,172 bicycle thefts and 244 sanction detections.

In total, 182,808 thefts were reported in London in 2021 and there were 4,189 sanction detections. Please could you provide me with summary data (median, mean and range) relating to the value of items for thefts where a sanction detection is reported, and for thefts where no sanction detection is reported?

Please could you provide information for bicycle thefts and overall thefts separately? Ideally data would be on a per borough basis for all boroughs, and, if the information is available, data for the 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 calendar years would be helpful.
