Is it usual and accepted behaviour and Metropolitan Police rules and procedure, for an armed response Met Officer to show their BMV video to friends and family and whomever they like, to show off their arrest procedure?
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full.
Please find below information pursuant to your request above.
This would not be expected behaviour from an MPS officer and would be something we would discipline against if allegations were found proven following an investigation.
The breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour would likely be
1) Confidentiality and

There may also be further offences depending on the circumstances, for example, a breach of the Data Protection Act 2018.
