I note you seek access to the following information:
1. Official details of the Station Manager, and Managing Police officer of Kensington, Ealing and Wembley Metropolitan Police stations.
2. The status as of 10.2022, of the Metropolitan Police, New Scotland Yard, and email, and direct phone contact details of the Metropolitan Police Station Manager, and Managing Police officer.
3. Details which confirm, concisely, which of the police stations in Central London, which as of 2020 to 2022, are not in use, or not in complete use.
I have today decided to disclose some of the requested information. Some data has been withheld as it is exempt from disclosure and therefore this response serves as a Refusal Notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) by virtue of the following exemptions:
Section 40(2) and 40(3A) - Personal Information.
Section 31(1)(a)(b) - Law Enforcement.
Reason for decision
The names and contact details of Station Managers are exempt from disclosure by virtue of the following exemptions:
Section 40(2) and 40(3A) - Personal Information.
Section 31(1)(a)(b) - Law Enforcement.

Q1 - Official details of the Station Manager, and Managing Police officer of Kensington, Ealing and Wembley Metropolitan Police stations.
The names and contact details of Station Managers are exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) and 40(3A) - Personal Information and Section 31(1)(a)(b) - Law Enforcement of the Act.
There is no role of “Managing Police Officer” for these police stations.
Q2 - The status as of 10.2022, of the Metropolitan Police, New Scotland Yard, and email, and direct phone contact details of the Metropolitan Police Station Manager, and Managing Police officer.
New Scotland Yard (NSY) is an operational Headquarters building for the Metropolitan Police Service which is occupied by a number of operational departments. It is in use 24 hours, and was in use in October 2022. It is not considered to be a Police Station as it is not open to the general public.
There is no role of “Station Manager” or “Managing Police Officer” for NSY. The building comes under the authority of the Commissioner for the Metropolitan Police. There is no direct telephone line or direct contact email address for the building.

A Police Station is defined as an Operational police building with a Front Counter.
