I'm contacting you in regards to information and statistics based on tool theft in the UK (2021 or the most recent 12 month data).

We are creating a campaign that investigates the rate of reported tool theft in the UK and looks to highlight if there are any 'hotspots' in the country that are more susceptible to having tools stolen.

The information required is:
- The number of reports a year
- Monetary value of tools stolen
- The breakdown of tool types stolen
- Time of the week tools are stolen from vehicles
- Time of the day tools are stolen
- Where vehicle related thefts occurred
- How the vehicle was entered
