Is it possible to signpost me to the latest figures on disproportionality and Black victims of Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence by local authority.
The most recent figures I can find are on Slide 12 of the following document:

Q1 - Please inform me how many fixed speed cameras your police force is responsible for. If possible, please break this down by device type (EG Gatso, Truvelo, HADECS).
The MPS is responsible for enforcement of 820 fixed speed cameras, the device type used is the RedSpeed system which covers speed and red light offences. Transport for London own the safety cameras and are responsible for their maintenance.
We are also responsible for enforcement of 6 fixed speed cameras on M25, the device type used is HADECS which covers speed and Red X offences. National Highways own the safety cameras and are responsible for their maintenance.
Q2 - Please inform me how many average speed cameras your police force is responsible for. If possible, please break this down by device type (EG SPECS, VECTOR, Siemen)
The MPS is responsible for the enforcement of 102 average speed cameras, the device types used are RedSpeed, Jenoptik and Siemens. Transport for London own the safety cameras and are responsible for their maintenance.

The financial cost involved in the maintenance of speed cameras in London is a matter for Transport for London (TfL) as it owns the cameras. Police only have enforcement responsibilities, so please contact TfL for this part of your request.
