1. For each of the months of April, May, June 2022, please provide the number of times you were contacted via your website by people with
(i) complaints and
(ii) thanks.
2. Of the complaints and thanks you received, please provide the number of each you considered valid/genuine.
3. Please also provide all information you hold summarizing or otherwise referring to the feedback you received in 2020/21 eg a report.

All complaints and thanks are considered genuine. Messages of thanks are passed to the relevant parties and their line managers. Complaints are recorded. The table above shows the number of recorded complaints for the three months requested.

In order to answer the above, I have been advised that this would result in a cost refusal being issued to you, however due to the delay in responding to you I have decided to provide the information that could be collated which is above.
Due to the numbers returned above, I have been advised that there would be a high number of messages or reports that would need to be reviewed relating to complaints which would take in excess of the 18hrs provided under the Act. If you could be more specific and explain what area you are particularly interested in then subject to a new FoIA request being submitted this could be reviewed. Alternatively, there is some information in relation to complaints on the following link which you may find of use.
