2. What is the average "man hours" lost to sickness annually from 01/01/2015 to 31/12/2019
3. What are the "man hours" lost to sickness in both 2020 and 2021 separately (calendar years), please provide a breakdown of cause.
4. Please confirm which of the following are recorded as "Covid sickness"
Reported as Covid by employee

Q1 - How much government funding has been given to deal with Covid related employment policies within the force in both 2020 and 2021 (Calendar years)
The MPS has not received any government funding in order to deal with Covid related employment policies.

COVID-19 related absence under 29 days will not act as a trigger point for calculations for attendance management purposes. Absences over 29 days will be considered on a case by case basis as per our existing attendance management selection criteria.
