A total of 55 consultancy firms were engaged from March 2021 to February 2022.

Q2 - How many consultants have been employed or contracted to The Met over the last 12 months?

The MPS do not engage with individuals. We engage the consultancy firm to undertake outcome based activity.

Q3 - The cost to The Met of employing the consultants and consultancy firms?

The total value of spend with consultancies is approximately £31 million.

Q4 - What the consultancy firms were brought in to The Met to do?

Support the delivery of various internal transformational projects. Provide expert advice on developing strategies, processes and procedures.
