Our programme delivery function is staffed by our team of programme and project managers who are at the heart of managing change across a range of exciting, dynamic projects. Working with multi-skilled teams you’ll apply your flexible approach, problem-solving and negotiating skills, using a structured PPM framework to ensure we achieve our goals.
The portfolio office provides the structure and oversight of delivery to make sure we achieve our vision for transformation. Using best-practice methods, we manage a complex portfolio to prioritise our investment in change and a successful delivery of maximum benefits.
Integrated design and delivery (IDD)
In our integrated design and delivery team, you’ll shape and design our operating model, and help test new ways of working to make sure these work in a complex operational context. You’ll identify changes in demands, trends and innovation, and make sure that our organisational blueprint keeps us at the cutting edge of policing.
In our business change team, you’ll work to implement change without compromising on the service we provide in keeping the public safe. You will champion best practice, making sure all changes are successfully embedded and sustained. Much of the team’s work involves supporting senior Met colleagues to lead the organisation through change.
