Salary: £22,687 to £25,235 plus £3,216 location allowance. You will receive £22,687 the band minimum. Progress to the band maximum of £25,235 will be via incremental progression.

Our Resource Management Office (RMO) plans and enables the delivery of our People Strategy. As Tasking & Resourcing Co-ordinator, you'll join us in this high-profile department where you'll support the Director of HR's senior leadership team. It's your chance to work in a varied, fast-paced environment and gain a unique insight into HR and project management. But more importantly, you'll be supporting a crucial strategy that's shaping frontline services for Londoners.
As one of four Administrators within the RMO team, you'll provide high level project support. You'll be allocating resources for projects, tracking progress and using your IT skills to update various project management tools. You'll also schedule meetings, take minutes and compile management information - a crucial part of the job. With tight deadlines and changing priorities, a flexible, organised approach will be essential.
Perhaps you've worked as an Administrator or supported projects before. Whatever your background, you must be capable of providing high-level secretariat and project support. A positive, can-do attitude is a must together with good IT skills – Microsoft Word and Excel. You should also be good with people and great in a team. We'll expect you to build strong working relationships with a range of colleagues, including senior figures in HR. Able to work on your initiative, you'll be a central part of the RMO team.
