You can make our digital transformation happen

In an increasingly digital world, serving the people of London means providing efficient online services. That’s why we created a brand new website. It’s your chance to help protect over eight million people through a brand new digital channel.

You’ll be joining us at a crucial time in our digital transition. You’ll help evolve the new site and be the leader for its operational team. We’re still adding site functionality, so expect plenty of interesting projects. And of course, you’ll be well connected to our wider digital efforts. The new site is part of the Met’s Public Access Programme. You’ll be a link to the rest of the Programme and the project to digitise customer service. You’ll also be working with other areas of the Met, including Digital Policing and the One Met Model – the team that’s responsible for business change across the organisation.

Perhaps you’re a project, operations or delivery manager. Whatever your current role, you can deliver digital projects or run a Business As Usual digital team. Either way, you’ll be excited about digital platforms and passionate about good content. You’ll also be up to speed with web operational planning, agile project management and Enterprise-level CMS.

To join us, you need to be highly organised and extremely detailed-focused. But at the same time, you need to be very collaborative, with natural communication skills. If you’re professional, driven and comfortable managing budgets, people and contracts, now’s the time to bring your talents to the Met.
