Salary: £36,334 to £43,804 plus a location allowance of £2,148. You will receive £36,334 the band minimum. Progress to the band maximum of £43,804 will be via incremental progression.

Our operational support services unit are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple strands of work within the National Police Coordination Centre (NPoCC).
Duties will include managing, coordinating, implementing, and reporting on projects to the NPoCC strategic lead and National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC), to assist them in delivering their national responsibilities in relation to National Co-ordination of Strategic Policing Requirements. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Manage and deliver projects within time, cost and quality thresholds, establishing quality assurance protocols through standardised and consistent project documentation.
- Manage stakeholders internally and externally throughout the project lifecycle. Produce regular, accurate reports that stand up to scrutiny by other stakeholders as required.
- Identify lessons learnt from police forces and other agencies to inform activity and working practices in the role of NPoCC.
