Register for or renew a London firearms dealer certificate as an individual.

Step 1: Download our firearms dealer registration form (Form 116).
Step 2: Complete parts A, D and E only.
You will need these details:
- Your home addresses from the last 5 years
- Your previous dealer certificate details (if applicable)
Step 3: Make out a cheque or postal order for £200, payable to the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). We cannot accept cash.
Step 4: Post your completed form and cheque or postal order to:
