I'd like to report a change to my nationality
You'll need to book an appointment through your online account to attend the Overseas Visitors Records Office (OVRO).
Please bring with you:
- your police registration certificate (PRC)
- your biometric residence permit (BRP) with UKVI/Home Office approval letter or email
- passport
- proof of your nationality change such as a new passport (original document only)
If you live and are registered with another police force outside of the London or City of London area and need to report a change to your nationality, you must report to the police force you currently live in and not the police force covering the area you work or study if this happens to be in London.
