Young People

Think safe team up banner

Welcome to the young people website for young people living in, going to school in and visiting London.

The site gives you tips on how to stay safe and where to get help from if you need it.

It will also tell you about some exciting ways you can get involved in making your local community safer, for example, by becoming a Volunteer Police Cadet, through a local Kickz project, or through YOU London (Youth Organisations in Uniform).

You can also view some of the great things that you are doing. (pdf doc)

You can also find out about joining a neighbourhood panel where you can have your say about the things that concern you in your local community.

 HAVE YOUR SAY THE RESULTS

Over 31,000 young people across London took part in this year's survey and told us what matters to them. Local police teams across London will now be working to resolve these issues and help improve your area.

Find out how to get involved in making your neighbourhood safer.

You can also contact your local Safer Neighbourhoods police team for more information. Find them at www.met.police.uk/saferneighbourhoods/
