Awareness Days

Project Griffin Awareness Days are an opportunity to meet the police and to learn more about how you can help to keep London safe. They involve a series of presentations from both specialist officers and your local police.

Topics covered include:

  • The current threat posed by international and domestic terrorism and violent extremism.
  • Hostile Reconnaissance; what it is and how to report it.
  • What to consider in the event of a terrorist attack or incident.
  • How to deal with suspicious items.

People who have attended the Project Griffin Awareness Day will receive a fortnightly Griffin Bulletin newsletter and will also be sent regular updates from the police through the Neighbourhood Link message system.
