Policing Pledge - Our Promise to the Public

The Met’s ‘Policing Pledge – our promise to the public’ is our version of the national policing pledge and enables people in London to learn more about the service we provide.

As well as setting out the standards of service you can expect our pledge outlines how you can work with us to tackle crime and make London safer. It gives you details of how to find out about Safer Neighbourhoods teams as well as information about how you can give us feedback or become a special constable or volunteer.
