Reporting a mobile Phone lost or stolen?

First of all you will need the IMEI number. If you can’t get it don’t worry the police can assist you to find it.

If the phone has been stolen then contact the police and report the crime. They will ask you for the IMEI number so your phone can be shown stolen on the search database..

In addition inform your network provider who will block your phone and stop it working within 48hrs. They can provide you with your IMEI number if you call your network on the respective number below:

You can also show your phone as either lost or stolen if you have previously registered it on the immobilise web site. This will also be searched if police find your phone and check the IMEI. However as with all crimes it is important that you report the theft to police

The IMEI is critical for the effective use of both the Immobilise web site and the police search web site. (Public have access to Immobilise but not the police search engine)
