  • to work with other Staff Support Associations and Staff Associations to ensure that the MPS provides equality of opportunity and equal opportunity to all its staff.
  • to actively participate in the MPS policy making processes.
  • to support and assist all MPS colleagues.
  • to challenge unfair practices, processes and behaviour.
  • to provide a social network..

The Association represents all serving MPS Police officers, Police staff, Special Constabulary and Police Community Support Officers and their partners. We will also assist Associate and non-members who approach us for advice.
