2004	PC Gary Alexander Wells Died from a heart attack whilst undertaking officer safety training at HMS President, London, E1
2006	PCSO Adrian Martin Collapsed and died of heart failure while on a police cycle training course at Hendon
2007	PC Christopher David Roberts Died of heart failure after arresting a violent man at a domestic disturbance.
2008	Sgt Noel Gerard McCarthy Killed in a motorcycle accident while travelling to report for early turn duty.
2009	PC George Adam Small Killed travelling home from duty in a collision with his motorcycle and a car.
	PC Laura Ruth Williams Collapsed at her police station dying in hospital from a brain haemorrhage .
