Undercover cops
Each terminal now has its own dedicated crime team. This team targets unsuspecting thieves and suspicious people. Surveillance trained, they work closely with Safer Airport team officers and our CCTV unit.

If you believe someone is acting suspiciously in the terminals call our Police Control Room on 0203 276 1460 to report anything suspicious. We will always follow up your call.
