Employer Supported Policing is proving itself to be a powerful new tool in the fight against crime. But for the programme to reach its full potential, we need your help.

Employees

Apply to join Employer Supported Policing as an ESP Special Constable, and after four and a half weeks of training, you'll be a Volunteer Police Officer with the wide range of skills, experience, contacts and confidence it brings. The recognition and respect you'll receive from your across borough patrols will be evident not only in the way others view you, but in how you view yourself.
