Private Property Collections

A permit is not required from the Metropolitan Police to collect on private property i.e. collecting within:

• Train or Tube Stations
• Inside Supermarkets
• Inside Shopping Centres (that do not have 24 hour access)

Permission must be obtained from the owner in advance and collectors must use the correct sealed collecting tins/buckets displaying the charity name and registered charity number
